When statistically comparing last years dividend income total from November 2017 to November 2018, it represents a positive 20.8% for a year over year increased dividend income growth.
Also, BKE should be announcing a special dividend on top of the regular dividend this December as I added to my current position a substantial 5 figure trade to this holding. BKE has been paying special dividend around this time for the last 6 years in a row. Probability is high they will again!
Additionally, I’ve sold my full position stake in VZ not too long ago which I thought can go down for a lower price and and I can buy it back. I was not able to buy it back before the dividend was paid as the market went down and VZ decided to keep going up. VZ actually broke through multi-year resistance level at around $55 which caught me by surprise as I was expecting it to bounce off of it and go down. Either way, my next entry point for VZ is around $47 and just need to remind myself to stay patient and wait for that opportunity to show up later.
I will DRIP the following upcoming month: BKE, GIS, KMI, VNQ & VYM.
The dividend income page is updated accordingly.
