We salute you DividendVet! Congrats with a big step forward on your way to financial independence. What a nice list of companies this month again. I like your position in LMT: I’ve been tracking GD and RTN lately. They trade for a P/E of 17 and 20 respectively and yield just below 2%. Quality names!

Hitting it, DividendVet! Good luck with month 2018/11.

Many thanks for the support! LMT has been my 3rd best capital gains performer from the portfolio. Been holding this one since 2013 and my dividend yield based on costs is at 6.6% now. Can’t go wrong with GD and RTN either.

All the best to you too!

Out of 12 dividend bloggers you’re already the 4th with record dividend income. September was an impressive month.

Exactly, this is not rocket science, just basic fundamentals of business ownership, growth and continuous cashflow distributions. Anyone can do this, but people choose to put their money into liabilities rather than into a cashflow generating assets. The mindset of the poor and rich comparison.

Act poor and stay poor or choose the latter, no remorse!

Congrats on the record September, DV. So many great companies sharing the wealth with you. I hold 7 of them myself. You recorded some solid YoY growth as well at nearly 15%.
Today was interesting in the market… many of my stocks got a haircut… I’m on the lookout for strategic additions to my portfolio now. Anything on your shopping list? Maybe establish a new holding, or maybe add to an existing one?

Thank you for the support as the dividend income is truly going into the right direction. Market downturn brings the best deals, looking into a few potential opportunities right now, we will se if it get better next week.

      Thanks for stopping by.

    DVet,

Great month. Of all of the companies we both own, UNP has probably been my favorite of late with its multiple sizeable raises. Dividend growth I am sure we all support!

Much appreciated! UNP has increased dividend 4 times since last year, what is not to love. The oligopolistic business is growing into a very nice dividend aristocrat to be.

      Take care.

    Vet –

WOW! What a massive month. I have to look at some of the names you have, such as WM, PSA and STAG. They seem to be working out well for you. Congrats on the awesome month and growth!

Thanks Lanny, it really has been a good, solid and continuously growing type of month, yet again, go figure right? The strategy really speaks for itself, even with the mistake positions I took in the past it still and forever will be growing. Cashflow begets cashflow. WM has done phenomenally, but in the future for real estate holdings I think I will just stick to the VNQ ETF which already has a diverse portfolio of great real estate holdings such as DLR, O, PSA, STAG and others.

      Hope all is well!
